JOIN THE COMMITTEE
Your involvement is crucial to advancement in the technology used by FASP and the communication to visitors and members!
The responsibilities of the Technology & Communications Committee are always evolving. The primary charge the committe has been given by the President this year is to establish online business capabilities for FASP. This is an exciting adventure and has involved a lot of research to date. Ultimately, the committee and Executive Board members would like to establish a secure and convenient process to conduct online business for the membership and website visitors.
Additionally, the Technology & Communications committee is always considering ways to maximize communications among FASP and all the individuals that visit the website. Revisions are constant and every part of the website is considered a working draft, with feedback from users welcomed.
The creation and distribution of the FASP Flash, a monthly electronic newsletter sent to members, is also the responsibility of the Technology & Communications committee. It is exciting to report the committee will begin using a mass email tool to increase features of current technology availabe and in ture to ensure delivery to members.
